Does SharkNinja currently have a sale on?
As of July 2026, SharkNinja doesn’t have a sale live on its site. However, the company often gets involved with major sales events in Australia, such as EOFY and Black Friday.
Can I get free shipping with SharkNinja in Australia?
Yes, SharkNinja offers free shipping on all orders over AU$100 in Australia and all spare parts also automatically qualify for free shipping. For orders under AU$100, a AU$20 standard delivery fee applies.
How do I contact SharkNinja Australia?

Yes, SharkNinja does offer Australian customers the ability to pay in installments through Afterpay, PayPal in 4, and Zip Pay.
Does SharkNinja offer warranties in Australia?
Yes, all new Shark devices are covered with a warranty of between two to five years in Australia, including repairs and replacements in the event of technical faults. It's advised that you register your Shark product soon after purchase to make sure you are fully covered. You can check the length of your device's coverage by contacting customer care.
It’s a similar story for Ninja-branded products, although the warranty is shorter at one to two years.
How do I check my SharkNinja warranty in Australia?
You can register your device’s warranty with SharkNinja Australia here.
To do this, find your product’s model number (like IZ300AU or HD440AU, for example), serial number and date of purchase. The serial number will be printed on a white or silver barcode sticker, usually on the bottom, back or base of the main unit.
Cordless stick vacuums: on the body under the replaceable battery
Upright vacuums: on the back of the main canister or near the base of the handle
Handheld vacuums: on the handle or behind the filter housing
Hair tools: on the handle near the cord or on the tag attached to the cord
Air Fryers/Blenders: Usually on the bottom or the back of the motor base.
CREAMi: On the back or bottom of the main power unit.
Cookware: Often laser-etched onto the bottom of the pan.
Does SharkNinja accept returns in Australia?
Yes, SharkNinja Australia does accept returns, but the company states that items “cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, unless approved by SharkNinja at its sole discretion.” If your product suffers a major failure, then you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.

How do you return a damaged SharkNinja device in Australia?
If SharkNinja determines that the item is faulty or damaged, normal warranty conditions will apply to the product. Any costs incurred with returns will be covered by the customer, but replacement items will have postage covered (subject to availability). SharkNinja will also issue refunds as an option once it has determined the item is damaged or faulty.
