Does Ugreen offer free shipping in Australia?
Yes, all orders come with free standard shipping, which should arrive within 1 to 5 working days, although you may experience delays during periods of higher demand. You'll be sent tracking details for your items as soon as they ship from the brand's warehouse.
Does Ugreen offer special group discounts in Australia?
Yes, students, seniors and essential workers — healthcare, teachers, Australian Defence Force personnel, government employees, social workers and emergency service workers — who can verify their status before they place their order can save 5% off their Ugreen orders. Go to the Special Group Discounts page and select the relevant discount you’re applying for, where you’ll be asked to verify your status after the prompts.
Does Ugreen offer a price match guarantee in Australia?
Yes, Ugreen offers a 30-day price guarantee on all products purchased on the Ugreen NAS official website (ai-au.ugreen.com), where you will be refunded the difference if the product you purchased drops in price within 30 days.
There are some exclusions — the guarantee doesn’t apply to special offers like cashback, bonuses or bundled offers, out-of-date or second-hand items, prizes offered by third parties or unauthorised distribution channels.
What is Ugreen’s warranty in Australia?
Depending on the product, Ugreen offers warranty periods from 1 to 3 years against manufacturing defects, covering malfunctions caused by material or workmanship issues under normal use. Accidental damage or improper care is not covered.
What is Ugreen’s return policy in Australia?
If you aren't 100% happy with your order, Ugreen offers a 30-day return period, during which you can send your item back for exchange or a full refund. Items must arrive with Ugreen in the condition you received them in, along with the included accessories, to qualify for a refund. Depending on product availability, items may be exchanged for an item of equal value.
